Handleinboundandoutboundcustomercallsprofessionallyacross Telecom, Software, and Logisticsdomains.
Resolvecustomerqueriesrelatedtoservices, technicalissues, billing, orders, refunds, anddeliveries.
Providetroubleshootingsupportandensuretimelyissueresolution.
Coordinatewithinternalteamsforeffectivecustomersupportandescalations.
Maintainaccuraterecordsofcustomerinteractions in CRMsystems.
Deliverexcellentcustomerservicewhilemeetingquality, productivity, and SLAtargets.
