Role Description
• Thepersonwillberesponsibleforcompletionofday-to-dayactivityasperstandardsandensureaccurateandtimelydeliveryofassignedproductionduties.
- Youneedstoensureadherencetoallcut-offtimesandqualityofprocessingasmaintained in SLAs.
- Youshouldensurethatallqueries/firstlevelescalationsrelatedtoroutineactivitiesarerespondedtowithinthetimeframespre-specified. Shouldtakeresponsibilityandactasbackupfor the Peersintheirabsenceandsharebestpracticeswiththeteam.
Yourkeyresponsibilities
• Reviewandvalidati on Corporate Actionmessagenotifications
- Assistingeneratingandreviewingthecontrolreportsdailyandescalateanyoutstandingitems to WMbusiness
- Assistinsendingthefollow-upemailsto the Relationship Centreinrelationtotheoutstanding/deficiencydocuments.
- Performreconciliationchecksonoutstandingcorporateactionmessages
- Coordinateescalationforcomplexcorporateactionnotificationwithinstakeholders
- Assistinmanagingmiscellaneousreportingprocessing
- Other Administrationtasks
Yourskillsandexperience
• Commercegraduatewithstrongacademicbackground.
- Organizedwithveryhighlevelofattentiontoworkthoroughly, focussingondetailanddataaccuracy.
- Strong Englishcommunicationskills(Oral and Written). Capabilitytointeractsuccessfullyinavirtual, multi-vendorandmulti-culturalenvironment.
- Highproficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word)
- Abilitytoindependentlypursueindividualtaskstofullcompletionandindependentlycontactstaffasneeded.
- Flexibletosupportinvariousotherbusinessmanagementfunctionsasmaybedesiredbythegroup.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartoftheteam.
- Capabilitytointeractsuccessfullyinavirtual, multi-vendorandmulti-culturalenvironment.
