⏳ Duration: 6 months (Full-time, Paid Apprenticeship)

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Apprentice – Business Operations & Projects to support high-impact initiatives across projects, data, research, and process improvements. This role offers hands-on exposure, real ownership, and accelerated learning across business operations.

What you’ll work on:
✅Partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, system enhancements, and workflow improvements aligned with operational goals.
✅Support the end-to-end implementation of process automation and system changes, including requirement gathering, configuration support, and coordination across teams.
✅Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, validating outcomes, tracking defects, and ensuring timely sign-off from stakeholders.
✅Drive basic change management activities by supporting communication plans, user readiness, training documentation, and adoption tracking post go-live.
✅Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness, capture lessons learned, and recommend optimization or control improvements.
✅Create, maintain, and standardize SOPs, process notes, and control documentation to ensure process consistency, compliance, and audit readiness.
