🎓 Eligibility: B.Tech — Tier-1 college candidates preferred
Responsibilities:
✅ Understand business problems and design structured analytical approaches
✅ Perform exploratory analysis on large datasets to test hypotheses
✅ Build dashboards & automated reports to track KPIs
✅ Present insights & analysis to drive strategic decisions
✅ Collaborate with engineering, sales, ops & design teams on product/process improvements
✅ Analyze user & transaction data to identify trends and patterns
✅ Conduct ad-hoc analysis to resolve operational roadblocks
Skills Required:
🔹 Strong analytical & structured problem-solving skills
🔹 Advanced Excel + SQL (mandatory)
🔹 Python/R proficiency (mandatory)
🔹 Data validation and data quality checks
🔹 Basic business/statistics acumen
🔹 Ability to work independently in fast-paced, unstructured environments
