We are looking for Customer Care Executives to join our Inbound US Voice Process team. This role combines exceptional customer service with sales and upselling responsibilities.

Handle inbound customer calls from the US.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
Build positive customer relationships.
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
Meet customer satisfaction and sales objectives.
