Hiring: AI & Tools Operations Intern / IT Executive (Hybrid – Bangalore)

We are looking for a sharp, self-driven individual to own our internal operating systems. In this role, you won't just be fixing technical issues; you will be building the foundation that allows our teams to work efficiently and securely as we grow.

The Opportunity:
This is a hands-on role where you will manage and optimize our entire tech stack (Google Workspace, Zoho, CRM, AI tools). You will move beyond firefighting to build structured processes, implement automations, and ensure our digital workspace is clean, secure, and scalable.

What You’ll Do:

System Security: Own user accounts, permissions, and access across all SaaS platforms.

Automation: Build forms, dashboards, and workflows to reduce manual follow-up in sales, HR, and finance.

Organization: Maintain our Google Drive & Zoho structures (CRM, Projects, Finance), ensuring data is easy to find and secure.

Documentation: Create SOPs and onboarding checklists to empower the entire team.

Innovation: Support AI workflows, including prompt libraries and research workflows, with a strong focus on data privacy.

What We’re Looking For:

Self-Learner: You can pick up a new tool, test it, and document its use effectively.

Organized: You see this role as being about systems and access, not random technical fixes.

Patient: You can support non-technical team members and make complex tools simple to use.

Experience: 0-3 years in IT support, SaaS administration, or systems ops. Freshers with strong potential are welcome to apply.

Good to Have:

Exposure to Zoho One (CRM, Campaigns, Projects, Books).

Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make), scripting (AppScript, Python), or API integrations.

The Details:

Location: Bangalore or Kozhikode (Hybrid/In-office).

Type: Preferred Internship (6 months, with possible full-time conversion) or Full-time IT Executive track for experienced candidates.
