🚀 We Are Building an AI Development Team in Pune

Plastome Lab Pvt. Ltd. is working on the development of innovative AI-enabled educational products designed for children aged 3–15 years.

We are looking for motivated professionals and fresh talent who are interested in contributing to the development of real-world AI-based educational technology.

Current Opportunities:

1. Experienced AI/Software Developer
• 4–5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Python, backend development, databases and AI/ML integration
• Ability to guide junior developers and develop scalable system architecture

2. AI/ML Freshers, Interns and Final-Year Students
• Python programming
• Machine Learning and data analysis
• Frontend or mobile application development
• API and database fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving and learning ability

The project may involve:

• AI-based adaptive learning systems
• Dynamic question generation and answer validation
• Analysis of student performance and learning gaps
• Student and teacher dashboards
• Software prototype development and testing
• Future integration with dedicated educational hardware

Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Engagement: Full-time, internship or project-based, depending on experience and capability
