AI-Native Software Engineer

WE ARE HIRING | AI-NATIVE SOFTWARE ENGINEER / AI ENGINEER

Astra Global is looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer / AI Engineer to join our technology and innovation team in Noida. This is an opportunity to move beyond experimenting with AI and build, deploy and improve GenAI systems used in real-world operations.

Location: Sector 63, Noida | On-site
Experience: 1–3 years
Engagement: Full-time / Internship
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

The Role
You will work closely with Astra's leadership team to design, build and deploy AI solutions that directly influence our operations and technology roadmap.
You will work across:
LLM applications and RAG pipelines
Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows
Tool-calling and AI orchestration
Real-time Voice AI — STT, LLM and TTS
AI-enabled backend services and APIs
Prompt engineering, evaluation and guardrails
Rapid prototyping and production deployment
Technical Expertise
Core requirements:
Strong Python and problem-solving skills
LLM APIs and GenAI applications
RAG, vector search and embeddings
Prompt engineering and AI agents
LangChain and LangGraph
FastAPI or Flask
Preferred: Docker, LiveKit, AWS/GCP, agentic AI, Streamlit, React/Node.js, vector databases and LLM evaluation/observability.

Who Should Apply
Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in GenAI, AI application engineering, Python, ML/NLP, backend development or automation.
Freshers are encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate strong hands-on capability through projects, internships, GitHub, hackathons or a meaningful portfolio.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Electronics, Software Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
Preference for candidates from Tier-1 institutions, including Top IITs, particularly graduating batches 2024–2026.
