AI/ML Intern
🚀 Hiring: AI/ML Intern | Unpaid | Remote
We’re looking for an AI/ML Intern to work on an R&D oriented startup project around a proactive personal AI designed to understand a person’s context, connect information across their life, and take initiative rather than simply respond to prompts.
What you should know:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Fine-tuning and post-training
- Model quantization and optimization
- Hugging Face ecosystem
- API integration and inference workflows
What we value: Strong technical fundamentals, hands-on experimentation, and the ability to turn ideas into working systems.
Role: AI/ML Intern
Work mode: Remote
Compensation: Unpaid
Duration - 2 months
Time commitment - 3 hours per day
If you’re interested in working on challenging problems at the intersection of LLMs, memory, context, and proactive AI, we’d love to hear from you.

Interview advice
Going for this role at FutureHuman? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
