AI Growth & Brand Marketing Intern
I don’t think India has an internship problem.
I think it has a trust problem.
Most companies hire interns to make presentations, schedule posts, and sit through meetings.
Then they wonder why graduates aren’t ready to own real work.
We’ve chosen a different path.
Over the last few years, we’ve been building three consumer brands—The Affordable Organic Store, Dawbu, and Mizozu.
One thing has become clear:
Brands aren’t built in boardrooms.
They’re built by talking to customers, testing ideas, shipping relentlessly, and having the humility to change your mind when the data proves you wrong.
That’s why we’re hiring 3 AI Growth & Brand Marketing Interns.
Not to “assist” the marketing team.
To help build the brands.
You’ll work across AI, branding, storytelling, customer psychology, growth, content, product launches, and whatever the business needs next.
We’re not looking for the best resume.
We’re looking for people who are naturally curious, obsessed with learning, and build before they’re asked.
₹30,000/month 6-month internship + PPO for high performers.
Hyderabad
One more thing.
The application is intentionally long.
Not because we like long forms.
Because we’d rather spend time reading thoughtful answers than hundreds of generic applications.
If that excites you instead of discouraging you, you’re probably the kind of person we’re looking for.
Application link is in the comments.
And if someone came to mind while reading this, tag them. I’d love to interact with them.

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at The Affordable Organic Store? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
