AI Engineer – Agentic AI / LangChain / LangGraph 🚀
We are looking for talented AI Engineers to join our team for an exciting project in Bangalore.
📍 Location: Bangalore
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days WFO / 2 Days Remote)
🕒 Shift: Day Shift (Any 8 working hours between 11 AM – 11 PM)
🔹 Mandatory Skills:
✔ Agentic AI
✔ LangChain
✔ LangGraph
✔ Databricks
✔ SQL
✔ Python
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI/LLM-based applications using Agentic AI frameworks
• Build workflows and orchestration using LangChain & LangGraph
• Work with Databricks for data processing and AI model integration
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data handling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for AI solution delivery
• Participate in technical discussions and troubleshooting
🔹 Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies
• Experience in building AI agents and workflow orchestration
• Good understanding of Prompt Engineering and LLM integrations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
📢 Immediate Joiners or candidates serving a short notice period (1–2 weeks) will be preferred.

Going for the Data Scientist role at TeamLease? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to explain one model you built in plain English — the problem, why you chose that approach, and how you knew it worked.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
