🎓 Eligibility:
Graduates with relevant sales experience in BFSI/Insurance are preferred.
Freshers with an MBA are also eligible to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Recruit and develop insurance advisors.
✔ Generate business through the agency channel.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors.
✔ Achieve assigned sales targets.
✔ Support advisors to maximize performance.
