💼 What Will You Do?
🔹 Connect with prospective students and understand their educational goals
🔹 Counsel students and recommend suitable courses/programs
🔹 Handle enquiries and provide accurate information about programs and admissions
🔹 Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication
🔹 Convert qualified leads into successful admissions
🔹 Achieve individual and team admission targets
🔹 Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process

🎯 Who Are We Looking For?
✔️ Graduate in any discipline
✔️ 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Counselling or Business Development
✔️ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to influence, convince, and build rapport with prospective students
✔️ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
✔️ Self-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working with targets
