Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate financial records and perform day-to-day bookkeeping.
2. Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payment transactions.
3. Prepare and manage invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
4. Assist with journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
5. Track accounts payable, accounts receivable, and outstanding payments.
6. Use Zoho Books for accounting entries, invoice management, and financial record maintenance.
7. Maintain accounting data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
8. Assist with GST and TDS documentation and compliance-related activities.
9. Organise financial documents and support monthly financial reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Completed graduation, preferably in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, debit and credit, and journal entries.
3. Basic working knowledge of Zoho Books is required.
4. Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
5. Basic understanding of GST and TDS is an advantage.
6. Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
