We're looking for an Accounts Intern & Full time opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
*Accurately process vendor invoices and employee expense reports in compliance with company policies and timelines.
*Maintain up-to-date vendor master data and ensure timely reconciliation of vendor statements.
*Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor queries in a professional manner.
*Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting.
*Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procure-to-pay operations.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
*0 to 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations.
*Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and other MS Office tools.
*Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
