Going for the Finance role at Manish kumar? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:

- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.

- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
