Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Processemployeeexpensereimbursementclaimsaccuratelyandwithindefinedtimelines.
- Verifyexpenseclaimsagainstcompanypoliciesandsupportingdocuments.
- Reconcilecorporatecardtransactionsandresolvediscrepancies.
- Coordinatewithemployeesandinternalstakeholdersforqueryresolution.
- Maintainfinancerecordsandsupportmonth-endclosingactivities.
- Ensureadherencetointernalcontrolsandaccountingpolicies.
- Supportauditsbyprovidingrequireddocumentation.
Candidate Profile
• B. Com or Bachelor'sdegree in Finance/Accounting.
- 02 yearsofexperience in Finance, Accounts, or Accounts Payable.
- Fresherswithstrongaccountingfundamentalsarewelcome.
- Goodknowledge of MSExcelandaccountingconcepts.
- Attentiontodetailandstrongcommunicationskills.
