Account Associate
We're Hiring: Account Associate (US Accounting) | Noida (Hybrid)
Are you an accounting professional with experience in the US IT Staffing industry? We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Associate to join our growing finance team.
📍 Location: Noida Sector 16 (Hybrid)
🕒 Shift: 4:00 PM IST – 1:00 AM IST
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Generate and manage client invoices based on approved consultant timesheets
✔ Verify billable hours, rates, and client-specific billing requirements
✔ Record and process vendor invoices accurately and on time
✔ Maintain daily bank transaction records
✔ Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
✔ Prepare accounting reports and reconciliations
✔ Maintain organized digital accounting records and documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
✅ Experience in US Staffing / IT Staffing accounting environment
✅ Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries
✅ Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and/or Zoho Books
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
