💼 ROLE: Academic Counsellor – US Market
🎯 As an Academic Counsellor, you’ll connect with US-based parents, understand their child’s learning needs, and recommend the right BrightCHAMPS programs through consultative counselling and effective sales conversations.
📞 Connect with US-based parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.
🧠 Understand students’ learning needs and recommend suitable courses and learning paths.
💬 Handle parent queries and objections while effectively communicating the value of BrightCHAMPS programs.
📈 Convert qualified leads into enrolments and achieve weekly & monthly sales targets.
📲 Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead statuses using CRM tools.
🤝 Collaborate with Operations and Academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
🎓 WHO CAN APPLY?
✨ Freshers are welcome!
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
🗣️ Excellent spoken and written English.
🌙 Comfortable working in a night shift and a target-driven sales environment.
💪 Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
📍 LOCATION: HSR Layout, Bangalore
🏢 WORK MODE: Work From Office
💰 SALARY: ₹4 LPA IN-HAND
🌙 SHIFT: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST
📅 WORKING DAYS: 6 Days a Week
🔄 WEEK OFF: Weekday off as per business requirements
💻 LAPTOP: Personal laptop is mandatory
