Position: Academic Counsellor (For International Markets)
📍Work From Office (HSR Layout)
🕒 Full-Time
🌏 Work with parents and students across India
What You'll Do:
✅ Connect with parents via calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings
✅ Understand students' learning needs and recommend suitable programs
✅ Guide parents through the enrollment process and address their queries
✅ Manage lead follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records
✅ Achieve revenue, conversion, and productivity targets
✅ Collaborate with academic and support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication and counselling skills
✔ Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
✔ Personal laptop and stable broadband connection required
✔ Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends (weekday off)

Interview advice
